All shipments are coordinated by our local shipping partners and the business days are from Monday to Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are not included in the shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimated and not guaranteed by us or our local shipping partner. Returns
Regional and International orders are non-refundable and all sales are final. By placing an order on our website all international or regional customers agree to these terms.
Order Shipping
When your order is placed, we will contact you via a phone call, or an email, or by WhatsApp, whatever applies, within two business days with final shipping estimate for your order.
You will be notified of the final shipping cost before your order is processed, and this may result in an additional charge. We will not ship an order intentionally without your prior approval and payment of the final shipping charges. (Please see Order Payment Below.)
For all international shipments, DIVA ATELIER uses its local shipping partner Nice Courier, which mainly ships via DHL and FEDEX worldwide. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates all price quotes will be made in local currency (AED) Dirhams only. Shipping costs do not include duty, tax or brokerage fees if it applies to receiving the shipments.
International orders are shipped only when all ordered items are in-stock to eliminate a second shipping charge.
All goods are shipped as duties and taxes collect, which means nor us or our local shipping partners are responsible for the customs, duties, taxes, broker fees, nor any return shipping if it applies. All such charges are the responsibility of the receiver.

Orders can be paid for by a credit card or via a TTF/wire transfer prior to shipment.
